What you’ll be doing

Reporting to senior leadership in Quality Assurance, you will:

  • Lead the development and optimization of site-wide quality systems.
  • Approve critical documents such as process changes, validation protocols, and system updates.
  • Act as a key contact for regulatory audits and inspections.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage investigations into deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop procedures and provide training to support quality and compliance goals.


The skills you will need

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Life Sciences.
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality or Validation in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Expertise in cGMP guidelines, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead audits and investigations.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach.


Bonus skills:

  • Knowledge of statistical tools and data analysis.
  • Experience in aseptic environments or working with specialized materials.
