Job Title: Corporate Concierge
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and resourceful Corporate Concierge to provide personalized assistance to our employees and clients. In this role, the Corporate Concierge will help with various tasks to improve employees' and guests' experience at the office while upholding the high standards of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and employees, addressing their needs promptly and in a courteous manner.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services and facilities.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including ticket booking, hotel reservations, transportation, etc.
- Handle special requests like scheduling meetings, organizing company events, managing corporate gifts, etc.
- Point of contact for vendors and service providers.
- Handle complaints and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Act as a liaison between staff, clients, and guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of local attractions, services, and sites of interest.
- Communicate with various departments within the company to ensure seamless service.
- Participate in continuous training and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Concierge or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Good geographical knowledge of the local area.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of office management software is a plus.
- High school diploma; degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
