Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project planning and execution.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Determine project tasks and necessary resources.
- Develop detailed project plans.
- Assemble and coordinate project teams.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are achieved.
- Provide updates to stakeholders and team members regularly.
- Mentor and support project team members in their tasks.
- Ensure quality control throughout the project.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, challenges, and solutions.
- Manage project changes and interventions to meet goals.
- Review and complete timesheets daily or weekly, accurately reporting labor and equipment use.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field within the Utility Industry.
- Strong expertise in project planning and management.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
- Experience with Procore is a plus but not required.
- Ability to travel extensively as needed (80%-100%).
