CREATIVE SOLUTIONS IN HEALTHCARE, the largest provider of long-term care services in the State of Texas, is seeking an In-House Transactional Attorney to join our legal team in Fort Worth, TX.


We are looking for an experienced healthcare transactional attorney with experience in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence review and analysis, contract negotiations, drafting transfer and operating agreements, and drafting letters of intent. Additionally, the attorney should have familiarity with HUD financing and federal healthcare related payment programs. Although not necessary, experience with the Quality Incentive Payment Program is preferred.


Key requirements:


  • At least four (4) years of healthcare transactional experience described above;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Attention to detail, with excellent legal research skills;
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with the ability to think outside the box to solve problems as they arise; and
  • Member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.

After ninety days, the position will have a competitive PTO package available for the attorney. Any bar dues or CLE costs will be picked up by the company.


No billable hour requirement.
