Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney at Batch, Poore & Williams, PC. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling a wide range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and child support. They will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court hearings, and negotiating settlements.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Family Law and Legal Issues
  • Experience in handling Motions and Depositions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar of North Carolina
  • Prior experience in family law is a plus
