Job Summary:

As a Product Manager, you’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of our products, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring our offerings meet customer needs and market demands. We are hiring two Product Managers: one focused on Lathes, Live & Static Tooling, and the other on Automation.

In both roles, you’ll be responsible for strategic leadership and product lifecycle management, collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales) to ensure product success. You will also manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders, conduct market research, and help drive the growth of our product lines within their respective sectors.

  • Product Manager – Lathes, Live & Static Tooling: Focus on machine tools, lathes, live and static tooling solutions, ensuring top performance and cost-efficiency. Requires in-depth knowledge of machining processes and tooling systems.
  • Product Manager – Automation: Focus on industrial automation and machine tools, driving innovation in automation technologies and ensuring alignment with industry trends. Requires expertise in automation systems and industrial processes.

*** These roles offer flexibility, with options for on-site or hybrid work depending on the applicant's location. We will consider applicants from both local Central Time (CT) and Eastern Time (ET) zones. Salary & Benefits:


The salary for these positions ranges from $80,000 to $150,000 (including salary, bonus, and commission). Pay may vary based on individual expertise and regional factors. We believe in pay transparency and are committed to offering competitive compensation based on your qualifications and the market value for the role.
