Microservice and Spring boot Developer with Azure DevOps

Job Description :

Infosys is seeking Microservice and Spring boot developer with Azure DevOps. In this role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Skills:

Candidate must be located in the commuting distance of Boston, MA or Princeton, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot framework, microservices architecture, and design patterns.

Experience in configuring Spring Boot applications for production environments and troubleshoot and optimize Spring Boot application performance.

Experience in Deploying and managing microservices in a cloud-native environment.

Experience in Implementing service discovery, load balancing, and API gateways

Hands-on experience with JavaScript.

Proficient in Azure DevOps for efficient software delivery, and skilled in leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Harness CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and delivery.

Experience in Managing Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and network configurations and Implement security best practices to protect cloud environments.

Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

Experience in Managing Kubernetes clusters and troubleshoot deployment issues

Preferred Skills:

Proficient in shell scripting.

Understanding of BPMN for visualizing and optimizing business processes.

Good exposure to Terraform for managing and provisioning infrastructure.

Experience in Implementing and promoting DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and test automation.

Collaborate with development teams to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.

Utilize Harness and Jenkins to orchestrate and automate CI/CD pipelines.

Configure and maintain pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications.

Troubleshoot and optimize pipeline performance.


The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
