Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Payroll Administrator at Legal Soft, USA. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing. This includes maintaining employee payroll records, calculating wages, processing payroll deductions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for resolving any payroll discrepancies or issues and providing support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of relevant payroll laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
  • Certification in Payroll Administration is a plus
