Responsibilities:

  • Establish and Maintain vendor base for the supply of required materials.
  • Procure, track and expedite materials to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in supplier audits and vendor assessments.
  • Promote and develop competitive bidding situations.
  • Work to reduce costs of purchased goods.
  • Generate reports to track PO’s, safety stock, inventory values, etc.
  • Maintain MRP data accuracy.


Qualifications:

Associates degree in Technical or Supply Chain Management


Required Skills:

  • Strong communications skills with emphasis on positive vendor relations.
  • Strong PC skills with emphasis on SAP.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to effectively coordinate concurrent tasks.
