The Opportunity: 

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their existing network

and drive substantial revenue growth. We are seeking a results-oriented individual who can

bring their established book of accounts to tap into immediately. You will be responsible for

developing and nurturing client relationships across a variety of sectors, including education,

municipal, corporate, and public bids, as well as handling box sales. 

This role requires a versatile and adaptable individual who is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

You will be involved in the entire sales process, from initial consultations and site walkthroughs

to designing solutions with our engineers, preparing quotes, managing bids for your territory,

and collaborating with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Business Development: Leverage your existing network and proactively identify and

pursue new business opportunities across diverse sectors. 

● Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with

clients by providing exceptional service and tailored AV solutions. 

● Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and

qualification to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction. 

● Technical Proficiency: Stay abreast of the latest AV trends and technologies, and

effectively communicate technical information to clients. 

● Solution Design & Quoting: Collaborate with our technical team to design customized

AV solutions and prepare accurate and compelling quotes. 

● Bid Management: Prepare and submit competitive bids for public sector and corporate

projects. 

● Project Coordination: Work closely with our installation team to ensure projects are

completed on time and to the highest standards. 

● Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries promptly,

and resolve any issues effectively. 

● Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to a

collaborative and supportive work environment. 

What We're Looking For: 

● Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the AV

industry or a related field. 

● Established Network: Ability to bring a book of accounts and tap into existing

relationships. 

● Hunter Mentality: A strong drive to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

● Relationship-Focused: A genuine passion for building lasting partnerships with clients.

● Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and understand complex AV technologies.

● Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with

the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Work Environment:
