X-Ray Technician

Location:- Sacramento, CA 95816

Duration:- 13 Weeks

Shift:- Night 5x8-Hour (23:00 - 07:30)

Pay rate:- $60 - $65/hr W2.


Responsibilities of Xray Technician

  • Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures using X-ray equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for radiologic examinations by explaining the procedure, removing jewelry and other articles through which X-rays cannot pass, and positioning patients appropriately.
  • Operate radiographic equipment, including digital imaging systems, and adjust controls to set exposure factors and produce images of the desired quality.
  • Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.


Requirements for Xray Technician

  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in using digital imaging systems and electronic health records (EHR).
