Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Commercial Litigation experience
  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • Licensed in Florida and in good standing
  • Ability to work well independently


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to provide expert advice on legal matters' strengths and challenges
  • Supervise and manage a caseload of litigation cases, ensuring consistent progress toward resolution and keeping clients regularly informed
  • Offer clear guidance and supervision to support staff such as legal assistants and paralegals, ensuring responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Prepare various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and necessary paperwork, and conduct thorough legal research when necessary
