A national litigation firm specializing in property and energy subrogation, has an opening for an associate attorney (full-time position) in its Southfield, Michigan office. Responsibilities

  • Handle files during the pre-litigation phase.
  • Handle matters during litigation, including conducting written discovery, preparing motions, handling depositions, and handling trials.
  • Interacting with clients and attending marketing functions.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.
  • 2-10 years of litigation experience.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
