OCM Consultant

As the OCM Consultant you will lead all Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts for the implementation of Coupa. You will partner with Legal, Procurement and IT Teams to provide the OCM strategy, Communications and partner with the internal training team to validate training and they will facilitate.

Start Date: June 2024 | Remote | 9 Months

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies, plans, and deliverables aligned with project timelines
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to assess change readiness, identify impacts, and mitigate resistance through effective communication and engagement strategies.
• Validate training materials provided by the implementation partner, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and objectives.
• Coordinate with the internal training team to develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to different user groups and proficiency levels.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather input, address concerns, and promote buy-in
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of OCM initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful adoption and realization of project benefits.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborative working environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an OCM Change Management Consultant, preferably with expertise in implementing Coupa or similar procurement software.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
