Valve and Hole Technician

Qualifications:
- Technical background or service-oriented background preferred.
- Experience with valves and holes, particularly similar industries (e.g., John Deere)
- Prior experience working with trucks is highly desirable.
- Willingness to undergo training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on valves and holes
- Travel may be required to inspect trucks and equipment, primarily within Illinois
- Opportunity to expand skill set to include other components such as bolts
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
- Shift timing: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM
- Flexibility for occasional travel and extended hours as needed
- Half-day on Fridays (subject to change based on workload)
