Aftermarket Service & Revolve Manager leads the Aftermarket Organization/Field Service. You will lead Field Service Engineers and technicians with activities necessary to schedule, deploy and execute superior services. You will be responsible for designing and implementing business strategies to penetrate new markets and create additional opportunities for service and remanufactured equipment. Revenue growth for this business segment is a priority. You will be responsible for Project Management of strategic customers in relation to Remanufactured Equipment and the implementation of strategic programs, processes, procedures, and policies which will have an organizational impact. You will follow IQ and align with our integrated business planning strategies.


Job Description:

  • Lead Aftermarket Service and Remanufactured Equipment strategy for the West region.
  • Solicit and maintain high level MSA agreements and general repair contracts working with our territory sales representatives
  • Oversee, provide support, training and development to all service and aftermarket employees.
  • Increase collaboration by implementing ongoing team connection points for sharing onsite experiences.
  • Work directly with Metering System AM manager and East AM to identify, prioritize and develop new opportunities for remanufactured equipment and services.
  • Work in close coordination with the Regional Sales Managers to maximize synergies of existing organizational resources and establish common plans and structures for service and remanufactured equipment.
  • Network/engage with teams across the organization to share field issues and customer service expectations.
  • Establish strong networking between channel partners and other aftermarket and service organizations.
  • Develop a sales plan that pushes and promotes available service and remanufactured equipment to company sales, direct sites, channel partners, fabricators/integrators and end users.
  • Develop and lead a plan to move operation to sustain growth (evaluate tools and equipment required for a growing business).


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Typically 10+ years’ experience in the field and 3+ years supervisory and/or management experience.
  • Proven experience as a leader, with the ability to build a strong team environment, provide mentorship and recognition to employees.
  • Proven experience to implement strategic programs, policies, and processes to achieve business results.
  • Must possess and demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in planning and negotiation.
  • Ability to be available on off hours to support field technicians on site and after-hours coverage.
  • Must be able to operate within a strong team environment.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and SAP operation.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management.
  • Ability to independently establish work tasks to successfully meet expectations
