Ecommerce Specialist

Job Summary

Our company is actively seeking an Ecommerce Specialist who is self-starting, motivated, and committed excellence.

Job Description

·        Basic data entry in CRM

·        Day to day management of the online store using Shopify, ensuring the website is kept up to date with seasonally relevant products

·        Printing orders, sorting by warehouse location, and providing picking tickets to warehouse team.

·        Creating shipping labels for outgoing orders/return labels

·        Processing returns, validating returns

·        Excellent customer service skills (phone and email communications)

·        Customer service, assisting customers with questions about their orders or future orders

• Uploading of new products, ensuring deadlines are met by completing uploads on a daily basis and making sure product specifications are entered in CRM

·        Ensure products are displayed correctly on the website focusing on accuracy from the initial upload

·        Upload product images as soon as they are made available

·        Ensure products are put live as soon as the stock arrives or purchase orders are available, raising any stock or SKU issues with the manager & Buying/Merchandising team and/or the warehouse team

·        Support the Ecommerce Manager with web developments by submitting tickets to the web development agency when necessary

• Assist with coordinating LTL shipments for oversized orders

Job Qualifications/Skills

• High School diploma or Equivalent
• Basic typing and computer skills
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Bilingual is a plus
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and work in a process-driven environment
