The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, marketing, and site management, with the ability to execute campaigns, refresh storefronts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role is critical in driving marketing programs and improving the performance of their online campaigns, especially during key seasons such as the holiday period.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive marketing programs to build and enhance the clients Small Business brand awareness.
  • Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns, including website placements, email campaigns, and push notifications.
  • Lead the execution of holiday marketing initiatives, including deals merchandising, Holiday Gift Guides, and Small Business Storefront updates.
  • Refresh and improve the storefront site by updating headshots, bio blurbs, and highlighting small businesses.
  • Schedule and manage content using content symphony tools.
  • Utilize image creation tools for marketing and merchandising purposes.
  • Pull and analyze reporting data related to small business deals, presenting findings and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to align marketing strategies and prioritize work.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in merchandising and marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in site merchandising and storefront management.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables and V-Lookup).
  • Previous experience in merchandise creation and using creation tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across different teams and functions.
  • BA in Marketing or relevant experience.
