Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is assisting a client with identifying a Landscape Architect for a direct hire role at a growing a startup in the construction industry in Wyoming. The ideal candidate should possess a meticulous eye for detail and excellent negotiation skills. Responsibilities for this role include utilizing CAD software to create plans, conducting site surveyance, analyzing reports, drafting contracts, and collaborating closely with architects, planners, and engineers. The position involves working mostly on two sites that are currently in their 2nd phase of construction. To best describe the type of work would be designing water fountains, artistic and unique statues, holiday decorations, overall landscaping, etc. The leadership team is searching for someone who can work freely and produce new ideas. Key responsibilities encompass creating and refining plans using CAD, reviewing, and understanding landscaping designs, preparing specifications and estimates, staying updated on current landscape trends, implementing landscape designs, managing projects, adhering to policies and procedures, and fulfilling any other assigned duties. • Creating rough drawings and more sophisticated plans with computer-aided design (CAD) programs.

• Review, research, analyze, and understand landscaping plans, designs, and specifications

• Prepare landscape plans, specifications, and estimates

• Review, research, and understand current and updated landscape trends

• Develop and implement landscape designs

• Manage and develop landscaping projects

• Perform tasks according to policies and procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in landscape architect
  • AutoCad / Revit
  • Their work is artsy, creative, and ability to design unique structures.
  • Ideally able to provide a portfolio
  • Familiar with climate parameters (plans)


Plusses:

  • Hospital or medical construction knowledge
  • Landscape Architect License or ability to achieve it in WY


Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 a year
