What we are looking for:

  • We're looking for a creative, reliable, and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team in Boston, MA. This person displays above all other skills, two things: an endless curiosity about how brands use strategic communications to better engage with the people they care most about, and a strong desire to dive into the financial and professional services media and marketing ecosystems.

  • Understanding of financial or other B2B marketing/PR efforts
  • Bring a positive attitude to a high energy team that “shows up” to work every day
  • Ask questions, bring new ideas, interact with your colleagues (virtually and in-person)
  • Motivation to be part of a small, growing office by attending local events and other networking opportunities
  • Introduce new ideas, tools, media relationships, and industry concepts to the agency
  • Track and report account activity with a high degree of detail and consistency
  • Meet ongoing deadlines for all account deliverables
  • Be an active voice on account work in written comms and on video calls
  • Consistently demonstrate your ability to support account leaders
  • Pitch and secure media opportunities on a consistent basis, even beyond planned outreach

 

Beyond the above, this position requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, PR, business or adjacent
  • Ability to travel every 6-8 weeks (paid)
  • 1-2 years of experience in the B2B marketing/PR fields outside of a internships
  • Strong understanding of media and marketing landscape and a desire to learn how to drive results across all accounts
