Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rubber Formulation Chemist & Compliance Specialist located in Lebanon, OH. As a Rubber Formulation Chemist, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, conducting research and development activities, and creating innovative formulations for our high-quality products. As a Compliance Specialist, you will ensure that our seals and diaphragms meet the applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Strong knowledge of rubber materials and polymer science
• Familiarity with FDA and USP regulations

• Technical support for customers and end users
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
