We are seeking a Salesforce Product Owner / Certified Salesforce Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, manage backlog, collaborate closely with technical teams, and support a key public-sector implementation.Ideal candidates have experience in Government Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), or grant systems, and are comfortable working with stakeholders, SMEs, development teams, and leadership.ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate requirements gathering with business stakeholdersWrite and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteriaManage and prioritize the product backlogPartner with architects, SMEs, developers, and project leadershipSupport UAT, sprint ceremonies, feature validation, and release processesDocument and map business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutionsEnsure adherence to security, accessibility, and architectural standardsRequired Skills8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environmentsSalesforce Certified Business Analyst (required)Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud / SFDCExperience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS) or Government Cloud (required)Experience with grant systems, grant management, or Nonprofit Cloud (NPSP) (required)Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, requirements documentation, and user story creationStrong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skillsPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Section 508 / accessibility requirementsExperience supporting Texas state agenciesBackground with enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
