Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Administrator with expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our team. As a D365 Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Dynamics 365 (D365) environment, with a focus on optimizing and enhancing our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. D365 Administration:
  • Manage and administer all aspects of the Dynamics 365 environment, including system configuration, customization, and security settings.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and system optimizations to ensure optimal performance and stability.
  • Monitor system health and troubleshoot any issues that arise, working closely with the IT team and vendors as needed.
  1. Supply Chain Management:
  • Utilize your expertise in Supply Chain Management to configure and optimize D365 modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into D365 configurations and solutions that streamline and improve supply chain processes.
  • Implement best practices for inventory control, demand forecasting, order fulfillment, and logistics management within the D365 environment.
  1. Integration and Data Management:
  • Oversee integration efforts between D365 and other systems such as ERP, CRM, and third-party logistics platforms.
  • Manage data migration activities, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of data into the D365 system.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  1. User Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to end-users on D365 functionalities, workflows, and best practices related to supply chain management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for D365-related inquiries and support tickets, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a D365 Administrator, with a focus on Supply Chain Management modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (formerly known as Dynamics AX) and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Experience with D365 configuration, customization, and integration, including Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate are a plus.
