Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Need for a Genesys Engineer (5+ years) with Engage or Premise edge experience.
  • Any cloud experience is desired.
  • Genesys SIP Routing and reporting knowledge.
  • Knowledge of how Genesys is connected to databases.
  • Pulse and GCXI (Genesys Customer Experience Insights).
