Your Role:

  • Handle employment litigation cases, including discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination claims.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and depositions, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibilities as you grow.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of employment litigation experience.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • A commitment to building a career in employment law and delivering exceptional client service.
