As a neurodevelopmental center, we strive to understand and approach autism from a neurological perspective. Our mission is to elicit the highest level of skill acquisition in every child, allowing them to excel in their various roles as learners, players, communicators, family members, and community members.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intervention Specialist at Integrations Treatment Center. As an Intervention Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include co-designing and implementing lesson plans in the context of a transdisciplinary team among long-time neurodevelopmental specialists in autism. Regular team meetings and group discussions of methods and curriculum allow for true collaborative and comprehensive programming.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with children with autism
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and the team
• Degree in Special Education with active Ohio license
• Passion for working with children and families with special needs
• Training in The S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Approach a plus (but not mandatory as we train all our staff)
