In both projects we are growing sustainably and profitably to position ourselves as the benchmark partner by satisfying our customers with comprehensive, innovative, and competitive solutions with high added value.CIE USA-Century Plastics, a division of the global enterprise CIE Automotive, is seeking a talented Controls Engineer to join our team.Reports to: Manufacturing Engineering LeadShift: AfternoonsPrimary Purpose: Responsible for supporting the manufacturing teams with facilities and secondary tooling program needs to drive the company forward.Essential Functions:Existing program/site support (troubleshooting, etc.)Support manufacturing team with computer software and program needsWork closely with Assembly Equipment Suppliers to ensure equipment is programmed correctlyWorks in unison with MaintenanceTrouble shoot and resolve manufacturing & secondary tooling / equipment related issuesTrack & ensure secondary tooling is completed correctly and launches successfullyQualifications:5 Years minimum experience and knowledge in - Programming and Operating devices - Rockwell Software, Allen Bradley PLC and HMI.RX Logix 5000, Keyence cameras & sensors, Ethernet IP and Field Bus I/OMechanical - Ability to adjust camera tools for inspectionsKnowledge of machine vision programming, optics, camera logic and PLC logicExperience with diagnosing issues via HMI or PLCGood communication and organizational skills.Proficient at Word, ExcelWorking knowledge of manufacturing operations that are relevant to injection molding and assemblyThe goal is to ensure that the plant is running smoothly and efficiently while also meeting quality and safety standardsSelf-Driven Mindset RequiredHands on experience with developing and working on Secondary EquipmentFanuc Robot programming a plusPhysical Requirements:Able to lift 30 lbs. occasionally (part, boxes, etc.)Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a manufacturing environmentMust be able to travel within manufacturing environments (internally and externally)
