Despite how the JD reads, It requires healthcare, .NET QA application

automation, selenium, and OOP. Perfect communication and a personality for

this senior role is required too.


First to interview will be current .NET Developers who were SDETs earlier

in their career.

• 7-10 year total in the SENIOR C#/ .NET developer and SDET roles (he

prefers someone who WAS SDET and is now a .NET Dev)

• Resume demonstrated experience in a Lead developer role/ mentoring others

• I will be narrowing down the Candidates to the ones with Healthcare

'data' experience in their resume.

• .NET environement (Entity Framework, C#/.NET, NUnit, fullstack with

strong Database backend development in Oracle ideally)

• SDET/ QA Automation using C#/ Selenium and creating User Stories from

complex data for the rest of the team is main focus

• Projects involve heavy hospital/ pharmacy data from many sources so

transforming data as a backend developer important (CSV, RDBMS, Oracle, EDI,

HL7, SKU's, EPIC, etc)

• Local or non-local is not important. Must be GC or USC only Contract

will renew beyond 12 months and for the right resource and proper timing

result in a direct client hire

• Must work Madison WI CST time zone hours but remote is fine.

• All FAKE or made-up skills in resumes will result in 90 day suspension

from our list.



Description:


· Work within the defined Pharmacy OneSource Agile development methodology


· Develop testing solutions using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to

create maintainable and extensible test framework


· Implement solutions using User Acceptance Test Driven Development

Principles


· Investigate problem areas within the applications and report them


· Estimate development work at both the EPIC level and story level

granularity


· Analyze development requirements of moderately complex development work


· Develop solutions using design patterns to create maintainable and

extensible software


· Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing flowcharts, layouts,

diagrams, charts Investigate problem areas within the applications and

implement the appropriate fixes


· Mature our Agile development methodology by focusing on lean principles

and taking advantage of teaching opportunities with other teammates


· Provide leadership and mentorship to other SDETs and be able to provide

long term project panning




Qualifications:


· 5-8 years of development experience or equivalent


· QA and Development experience must-have


· Knowledge of C#, OOP must-have


· Experience with Selenium very good to have


· Database experience (Oracle, SQL) must have


· Will not have direct reportees but must be open to mentoring junior-level

testers in the team


· Experience in Healthcare or Financial sector (Security) is nice-to-have

but not compulsory


· Should display leadership qualities and great communication
