Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Paralegal at Schweizer & Associates PLLC located in Garner, NC. As a Real Estate Paralegal, your day-to-day tasks will include providing support to attorneys, conducting title searches, reviewing and drafting legal documents, preparing real estate closing documents, and coordinating real estate transactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree
- Paralegal certification is a plus
