Summary:
You will be responsible for providing a wide range of support and assistance to the Manufacturing team. This position requires commitment and focus on a wide range of details related to the planning and purchasing of materials and logistics for the manufacturing of core products.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring daily production operations, including scheduling, planning, and organizing of parts kits for assemblers.
- Ensuring orders are filled on time and in full, and that production schedules are met
- Identifying issues and adjusting as needed
- Ensuring that regulations and quality standards are met
- Works with Inventory Control Specialist and Purchasing to report inventory or supply shortages
- Plan, analyze, and schedule the job orders in the facility
- Review and monitor production schedules for the most accurate results with consideration to capacity levels and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Effective time management and coordination skills, including high-level multi-tasking
- Minimum of 5 years in production control experience or equivalent specialized training in scheduling and production control
- Must have thorough knowledge of production control processes and procedures in a fabrication setting
- Must be a US Citizen
- AS/BS degree from a two year or four year college or university
