Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Construction Superintendent role located in Central, VA at Donaldson Construction. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction site, coordinating with other departments and contractors to ensure timely completion of the project, and managing a team of construction workers. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety guidelines are followed and all work is performed to the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents
• Experience with project management software and tools
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
