Position: Full Stack .NET Developer

Schedule: 5 days a week onsite

Location: Cleveland, OH 44113

Duration: 6-month contract to hire, possible extensions

PR: $40-50/hr


Must-haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • 5+ years’ of working experience as a .NET Developer utilizing C#
  • Experience with both the creation of and communication to internal/external Web Service API’s, both REST and SOAP
  • Demonstrated understanding of object-orientated programming principles (S.O.L.I.D.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (MVS) and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)


Plusses:

  • Experience in the financial industry and/or credit card processing
  • Experience working with POS systems
  • Mobile development experience, especially with Samarin, would be a major plus


Day to day:

Insight Global is looking to hire a Full Stack .NET Developer for one of our largest clients sitting in Downtown Cleveland, responsible for the development and maintenance of windows, web, service/API and or mobile based software tools. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing applications, taking into consideration server capacity, limitations, and system availability. You will be responsible for applying coding and analytical skills in all phases of the system development life cycle. You will be testing, debugging, supporting, and maintaining application programs as well as be held accountable for the performance, reliability, availability, and scalability of applications assigned. You will be responsible for analyzing existing applications to determine where problems occur and develop possible solutions. They will be working with both internal and external customers to gather requirements and troubleshot issues as needed.
