Education and Experience:

  • College graduate with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience preferred; fresh graduates with relevant majors are also welcome.

Job Description: The PSI team is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand from the Sales team. The analyst will support and manage a specific range of products, working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and HQ Factory counterparts to procure and monitor inventory status. This role involves generating reports and representing the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team when engaging with internal and external customers. The analyst will also serve as the primary point of contact for supply-related issues, collaborating with various teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing, sales, and inventory processes.
  • Forecast AP2 demand.
  • Handle order management.
  • Attend meetings with counterparts to discuss inventory and supply issues.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Produce ad hoc reports as needed.

Required Knowledge, Education, and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual Korean language skills are beneficial, though not mandatory.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural business environment.
  • Must be available for occasional overtime and to work on Monday holidays (partial workday).
