The Application Training and Support Lead is tasked with cultivating and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the application and its associated workflows. This role encompasses strategic planning, coordination, implementation, management, training, and support for all facets of application-related activities, including upgrades and GoLives.


Title: Application Training and Support Lead

Location: Dayton, OH

Duration: 12 Month Initial Contract


General Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain an extensive understanding of the application and its workflows.

- Strategically plan, coordinate, implement, manage, train, and support all application-related activities.

- Create project plans, allocate resources, and ensure collaboration among team members, IT, and stakeholders.

- Oversee the development and revision of application-related training materials.

- Foster strong relationships and communication with user groups and IT teams.

- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to related initiatives.

- Lead in the construction of training environments and provide essential support to physician end users.


Experience:

- Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of job-related experience

-Experience in an acute healthcare setting

-Experience teaching diverse learners, proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience managing projects

-Experience using electronic medical records


Education: Master's degree

Additional Requirements: Type of Degree: Clinical Informatics, Education, Management, Nursing, RPh, or related Clinical Specialty

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Certification in appropriate EPIC application(s) within 1 year of hire
