Senior Technical Project Manager & Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager & Business Analyst with extensive experience in IT project management, business analysis, and software implementation. This role involves leading the planning and execution of application development projects, acting as a liaison between stakeholders, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of application development projects.
  • Ensure on-time delivery, manage project scope, and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
  • Manage third-party vendors throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Business Analysis:

  • Gather and document business requirements, acting as the primary contact between IT, vendors, and business users.
  • Work closely with business users to verify requirements are met and assist with testing.
  • Create UI mockups and designs, ensuring they meet business needs.

Vendor & Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for software design, customization, and support.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to ensure seamless integration and operation of applications.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management:

  • Oversee testing processes to ensure applications function as intended.
  • Identify and resolve issues during implementation, and manage potential risks.

Training & Support:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure successful user adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, and software implementation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
  • Basic SQL skills (e.g., SELECT* queries).
  • Strong understanding of Agile SDLC processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
