Overall responsibilities: The Production Coordinator is responsible for performing high-volume data entry for every customer and store inventory order. Monitoring the vendor response and ensuring precise and timely work orders are filled on time. Creating orders, verify vendor invoices, Process computerized customer orders with speed and accuracy. Communicate with Managers regarding vendor questions and report back in a timely manner.



Production Coordinator Job Duties:

·       Uphold and practice company policies, procedures and Company standards

·       Provide courteous service to all vendors and customers in accordance with Company

·       Be courteous and pleasant with coworkers and supervisors

·       Ensures all orders are entered accurately and on time for customer merchandise customer selection into order processing system

·       Act as an editor/accuracy check for all orders submitted

·       Identifies and escalates gaps in company and customer ordering information with appropriate level of urgency

·       Monitor orders using system reports and communicates progress to leadership

·       Ensures all discrepancies are proactively communicated and resolved ensuring orders are accurate and on time

·       Liaison with Customer Service and Vendors, ensuring customer questions/ and or requests are answered in a timely manner

·       Ensure that production office and common areas are kept organized, clean and safe for all employees and customers

Qualifications and Required Skills:

·       High School diploma/GED required 2+ years in order entry and customer service experience

·       Experience in a customer service

·       Excellent communication skills, written and oral, able to articulate and communicate with vendors, customers, management and staff

·       Able to demonstrate problem resolution skills

·       Able to work effectively with all departments, associates, management, visitors and customers from diverse backgrounds

·       Able to work effectively with all functions across the company, with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with associates at all levels of the organization

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing

·       Detail oriented

·       Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity

·       Excellent time management

·       Analytical, communication and organizational skills

·       Excellent professional interpersonal skills both in person and by phone

·       Ability to manage multiple projects independently
