We are a growing Manufacturing Company, looking to bring on an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. As a growing company, we are looking for someone experienced within a smaller company, assisting in our growth. This role is on-site.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experienced as a Human Resource Manager
  • Must be able to maintain highest level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding oral and written communications
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Must have working knowledge of HR best practices
  • Must be able to develop, enhance, and maintain HR processes and systems


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the human resources operations including but not limited to benefits, employee lifecyle (new hires, terminations, promotions), employee relations, and all other personnel functions
  • Handle all federal, state, and industry-specific compliance requirements, including statutory reporting, EEO reporting, affirmative action reporting, unemployment reporting, and licensing requirements
  • Manage the recruitment processes and programs, including establishing relationships with recruiters, community groups, and trade organizations to develop long-term recruiting pipeline
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate department/team
  • Develop, implement, and monitor employee engagement and retention programs
