Job Description:

  • Looking for experienced quality professionals to join the team supporting our growing production operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Parts measurement to support production including 1st and last piece approvals for Stamping production (CMM, Calipers, Micrometers, Comparator, Go/No-Go Gages, Faro Arm) and PPAP generation for new tool builds.
  • Measurement of in-process parts Read, understand, implement, and audit inspection plans and control plans. Assist with managing discrepant material, hold tag material, disposition of non-conforming or suspect parts. Work with production and tooling on non-conforming or out of specification parts for disposition and actions. Work with new tool builds during PPAP process.
  • Qualifications
  • Previous automotive stamping experience required. Ability to use calipers, micrometers, gages, ( CMM and Faro Arm a big plus). Print reading skills, Gage Calibration process GD&T.
  • Previous experience as quality technician or operator Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Process Flow, PFMEA, PPAP documentation and Control Plans.
