It’s high-ownership, high-impact, and deeply entrepreneurial.The RoleChief Technology Officer — Portfolio & IncubationYou will:Define a unified technology strategy across the incubator.Partner with founders on product, architecture, and early technical hiring.Architect shared systems, data platforms, and internal tools used across operating companies.Drive development of AI agents, automation workflows, and vertical AI tools.Build and lead a cross-functional team across engineering, AI/ML, data, and product.What They’re Looking ForMust have graduated from a top 30 US instituition7+ years as CTO, VP Engineering, Founding Engineer, or similar at a high-growth tech company (VC backed)Proven track record shipping real products and building AI-powered systemsExperience in venture studios, incubators, or early-stage startup environmentsStrong foundation in software architecture, distributed systems, and data platformsHands-on experience with AI/ML, LLM ecosystems, and agentic/automation workflowsDeep networks in top-tier engineering and AI/ML talent poolsStrong leadership ability — able to recruit, scale, and mentor elite technical teamsIf you want to architect systems used across an entire portfolio, influence multiple company trajectories, and build alongside elite founders and operators.
