Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2


Job Summary:

• Support a wide range of digital service offerings for the organization’s digital inventory.

• This position is responsible for the charting role in the digital workflow of maintaining the scheduling of new and existing contracts and scheduling details of advertising content on digital displays.

• This position will work closely with our Inventory Management System and Digital Posting teams to ensure advertising copy has been submitted and posted on time and in the correct locations to meet our client’s expectations.

• Qualified candidates will be self-organized with great attention to detail and able to work independently and as part of a team.


Essential Functions:

• Prepare proposals for all media.

• Chart contracts for all media.

• Ordering of production/working with production vendors

• Assist managers and AE’s with available locations

• Ability to create complete work orders and copy verification in IMS.

• Assist with any problems with media.

• Weekly updates to gather posting/bulletin information and any P&D problems.

• Communicate with Operations to confirm copy and orders are all set by weekly scheduled deadlines.

• Maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

• Learn inventory extremely well in order to efficiently plan route.

• Ensure photos are taken and uploaded into the POP website in a timely manner.

• Enter posting instructions into photography request list.

• Facilitate communication between account teams, creatives, and inventory managers to help fulfill client requests.

• Liaise with sales, billing and the collection teams if needed.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.


Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Strong organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented

• Self-motivated with 2+ years of professional work experience (preferably in the advertising field)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Analytical/problem solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize/handle assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced advertising environment.

• Very comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Tech-savvy and ability to learn internal systems quickly.

• Very flexible and willing to help various teams based on business needs.
