Location: Seattle, WA - Onsite

Job Term: 12 months Contract to start with extension– Only W2


We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team, who will design, build, and test prototype electrical systems. We are looking for a candidate with a broad set of experiences, including embedded design, analog/mixed signal design, power systems, wearables, or lower power design.


Strong hands-on experience working with wearables devices, someone who has experience working with high-speed design, analog design with medical devices, preferably someone who has strong experience in OrCAD, Altium


Responsibilities

Designing schematics, completing board layouts, assembling, testing, debugging, and integrating designs into electro-mechanical systems.

Define Hardware systems and validate system architectures in a cross-functional team.

Provide troubleshooting and expert root cause analysis to resolve design issues.

Collaborating in a team environment across engineering disciplines.

Transforming ambiguous requests and vendor reference designs into working custom solutions.

Incubating new technologies into research prototypes.

Perform testing and bring up new systems and builds for wearable devices


REQUIRED Qualifications

BS or MS in Digital System Design, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

8+ years of experience working on complex EE designs and leading cross-functional teams in the design and delivery of projects.

Experience with schematic and board design using Cadence Orcad, Altium, or equivalent.

Experience with the use of standard electrical engineering tools such as oscilloscopes, high-speed digital test equipment, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and function generators

Experience with mixed domain circuit design, filter design, operational/instrumentation amplifiers, ADC/DACs, power supply design, high-speed differential circuits, uControllers, uProcessors, and programmable logic-based development

Experience designing and building prototype systems.

Experience working with CPHY

Experience working with analog designs for biosignals (EMG, EKG, EEG)
