Trusts & Estates Attorney - AM LAW 100

I am currently working with an AM LAW top 100 ranked legal practice in Chicago, who are actively looking to recruit a junior attorney to join their growing trusts & estates group.


Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with Partners across the firm's national practice group on a broad range of sophisticated transactions.
  • You will concentrate your practice on trust and estate planning and administration.
  • You will represent owners of closely-held businesses, family offices, principals of private equity and venture capital funds, individuals and families of significant wealth.
  • You will also work with establishing and administering private foundations and other charitable organizations.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong academics and achieved JD from a leading law school.
  • Licensed to practice in Illinois.
  • 1-4 years of trusts & estates experience - ideally gained in a larger law firm setting.
  • Strong writing and case management skills.
