MOTIS Brands is looking for a Digital Experience Manager to join our team. This position will serve as the evangelist for the end user, armed with quantitative and qualitative data that provides analysis and insights into ways to continuously improve and innovate the digital customer experience across all Motis Brands digital properties.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Spearhead the development and upkeep of on-site search and filters reporting, continuously refining tuning strategies to enhance overall performance.

·        Take charge of A/B & Multivariate testing initiatives in collaboration with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring a diverse range of testing ideas and thorough reporting of results.

·        Act as the primary steward for website data layers and the Customer Data Platform, guaranteeing accurate data capture and effective segmentation for personalized customer experiences.

·        Utilize advanced data analytics to automate product ranking, strategically positioning items within categories to streamline the customer journey and maximize conversions.

·        Implement real-time reporting mechanisms and proactive alerts to swiftly address website operations issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.

·        Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and oversee relationships with third-party vendors to uphold legal standards and align with customer preferences.

·        Drive customer-centric optimizations through targeted UX/UI enhancements, collaborating closely with web design teams to elevate digital experiences.

·        Enhance website performance and envision a comprehensive digital product strategy aimed at delivering exceptional user experiences and meeting business objectives.

·        Define and source marketing technology platforms tailored to business needs, architecting seamless web product experiences across all digital touchpoints.

·        Take ownership of all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes for web deployments, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with project goals.

·        Develop detailed customer journey maps to optimize marketing touchpoints and drive conversion rate optimization, fostering increased engagement and sales.

 

Job Requirements

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

·        5-7 years of relevant experience.

·        Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or web product management roles.

·        Proficiency with Google Analytics, Convert.com, Domo, and other relevant analytics and reporting tools.

·        Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems.

·        Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) such as BlueConic and familiarity with data management best practices.

·        Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

·        Demonstrated expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques.

·        Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and experience implementing compliance measures.

·        Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

·        Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving continuous improvement in digital experiences.

·        Proven track record of driving results and achieving business objectives through digital initiatives.
