Position Summary:
The Chargeback Analyst II is responsible for accurately reviewing and processing chargebacks using the Model N Flex system. This role involves resolving chargeback errors, managing chargeback accounts, and ensuring accurate data for sales and profitability analysis. The analyst will interact with wholesalers and internal teams, providing analysis and mitigating revenue leakage.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process and validate daily chargebacks in Model N Flex, ensuring accuracy.
- Communicate with wholesalers and internal departments to resolve issues.
- Analyze indirect sales data and report trends to management.
- Manage relationships with wholesalers, leading regular meetings.
- Support audit processes and resolve discrepancies.
- Identify and coordinate solutions for system issues.
Core Essential Skill Sets:
- Proficient in Model N Flex chargeback processing.
- Experience with X-ray in Flex.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel; SAP BI Reporting preferred.
- Effective communication and team collaboration.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate or pharmaceutical setting, with chargeback analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Model N Flex and SAP BI Reporting is a plus.
