Mortgage Loan Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer that will be assigned to a Real Estate Office in the Roanoke, Va area. The Loan Officer will have the flexibilty to work onsite and from home. As a Mortgage Loan Officer at CLEAR MORTGAGE, you will be responsible for working with clients to secure the best mortgage options for their needs. This includes assessing their financial situations, guiding them through the loan application process, and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate closely with underwriting teams and other stakeholders to ensure that loans are processed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed and active as a Loan Officer in the Mortgage Industry
• Strong knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to analyze financial information and assess loan applications
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with mortgage loan origination software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
