  • Follow the general direction of the Purchasing Supervisor/Manager, where guidelines are set. Subcontract closeout paperwork needs to be completed according to ES procurement procedures using a checklist that has already been established.
  • Perform an analysis on the Oracle system to ensure that all actions have been completed.
  • Reach out to suppliers via phone or email to verify receipt of the final invoice and request specific forms to be completed.
  • Ensure that the total payments made to the supplier are in line with the invoices by conducting a high-level desk audit.
  • Coordinate the necessary information for the Subcontract Closeout documentation by emailing internal personnel from Security, Asset Management, Legal, and Small Business Office.
  • Provide direct support services for subcontract topics related to specific program/business areas.
  • To ensure the accurate and detailed processing of procurement-related documentation, it is necessary to have a thorough knowledge of procurement procedures.
  • Assemble regular subcontract correspondence and documents.
  • Examine documents to prepare for priority and special handling requirements, such as foreign and classified materials.
  • Maintain Proprietary Information and Technical Data Under License logs and review for recall as needed.
