Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Burlington, VT for a Sonography Supervisor. The Sonography Supervisor will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to ultrasound imaging, overseeing a team of sonographers, providing customer service to patients, and maintaining equipment. The role will require strong leadership skills and the ability to provide training and support to the team.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in sonography and hospital environment-five years minimum
- Proven ability in team leadership and supervision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent patient care, skills and knowledge
- Ability to provide training and support to a team
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Relevant certifications and licenses-
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Prior participation in inspection and accreditation specific to Sonography-ACR
- Prior or current lead experience desired
