Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Project Manager to join our client's team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead significant projects from inception to completion, overseeing all aspects of project execution and construction administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale PUD and architectural projects.
  • Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progression and address any issues.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, resolving conflicts as they arise.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Mentor and coach project team members, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Oversee project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and regulatory approvals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project/construction management within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry, with a focus on large-scale developments.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in construction management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building codes.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Revit, Adobe Suite, and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
