Hospital Account Manager

Irvine, CA (Remote – but must be in commutable distance)


Responsibilities:

  • Leverage the sales process to transition competitive accounts to the company’s technology.
  • Perform demonstrations and evaluations of the organization’s technologies.
  • Assist clinical specialists with physical inventories as part of the sales strategy.
  • Drive product sales within the assigned territory.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements for new account conversions and renewals of existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with team members in joint selling efforts and share critical insights, including market trends and competitive activity.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with key account information.
  • Conduct annual business reviews with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of successful hospital-based sales experience, focusing on innovative technology solutions for clinicians.
  • Proven success in selling medical devices or emerging technologies within hospital settings.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to lead group presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to persuade clinicians to adopt new patient care processes based on clinical evidence and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Proficiency in conducting clinical evaluations of technology.
  • Capable of delivering value-based solutions that align with client needs.
  • Availability for travel, including overnight stays, and possession of a valid driver’s license.
