Together, we’re not just providing care—we’re redefining it.Position OverviewCore Clinical Partners is actively recruiting experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our growing team at Piedmont Augusta, a flagship facility within the Piedmont Healthcare system. This position offers stability, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to practice in a high-acuity environment supported by a collaborative physician and APP team.Facility HighlightsAnnual ED Volume: ~60,000 visitsCoverage Model: 66 hours of physician coverage + 30 hours of APP coverage dailyShift Times: 6a–6p, 10a–10p, 6p–6aEMR: Epic with Dragon voice recognitionHospital Type: Full-service tertiary medical centerResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality emergency medicine care to patients of all acuity levelsCollaborate with physicians in a team-based emergency department modelManage patient evaluations, admissions, and dischargesAccurately document care using Epic EMRQualificationsLicensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Family or Emergency Medicine certification)Minimum 1 year of emergency medicine experience preferredStrong clinical judgment and ability to perform in high-volume settingsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsCompensation & BenefitsW-2 employed positionCompetitive compensationComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceCME reimbursementFlexible scheduling with a supportive leadership teamAbout Piedmont Health – AugustaPiedmont Augusta, a multi-campus system, is part of Piedmont Healthcare, Georgia’s largest healthcare employer with over 44,000 team members.
